Civil Defence Officers’ Wives Association (CDOWA) seek Collaboration with Fire Officers’ Wives Association (FOWA).

The President, Civil Defence Officers’ Wives Association, Hajiya Aishatu Audi, ably represented by the Deputy President of the Association, Professor Florence Nwinyi has expressed interest on behalf of the Association to collaborate with Fire Officer’s Wives Association and model on her Skill Acquisition Centre in order to better the lives of her members, women and youths, through job creation amongst others.This was disclosed during the courtesy visit of CDOWAs’ delegate to the FOWA President at the Federal Fire Service Headquarters today.The FOWA President, Mrs Jaji, who warmly welcomed the guests expressed gratitude to CDOWA for the show of love and solidarity, while assuring them of a strong support to better their affairs.The CDOWA Deputy President and her team commended the efforts of FOWAs’ leadership during the tour to FOWA Skill Acquisition Centre, Wuse, Abuja, stating that the centre and its facilities are worthy of emulation.During the visit, the FOWA President also led the CDOWA delegation to respectfully congratulate the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, Engr. Jaji O. Abdulganiyu, MIFireE. MNSE, on his appointment.
